nVent came to us with a clear challenge: their Raychem electrical heat tracing software was powerful, but hard to use. The interface was dated, cluttered, and not built for how real users actually work. Our job was to fix that.
We overhauled the platform from the ground up—clarifying user flows, streamlining key features, and creating a clean, modern interface that’s easy to navigate. Working closely with their team and longtime users, we transformed a complex tool into a scalable, intuitive product that’s ready for the future.
